A highly-attenuated pale lager without strong flavors, well-balanced and highly carbonated. Served cold, it is refreshing and thirst-quenching.

Pale straw color. White, frothy head. Clear.

Great with lighter food: chicken, salads, salmon, bratwurst. Mild white cheeses. Light desserts.

Low grainy-malty aroma. Low herbal hop aroma. Clean fermentation profile.

Light malt and herbal hop flavors with a crisp, dry, well-attenuated finish. Balance between malty to slightly bitter is close to even.
