A clean, hoppy, thirst-quenching goodness.

Pale straw color. White, frothy head. Clear.

Strong traditional Mallorcan food (panades, frit, pa amb sobrassada, etc). Mallorcan cheese.

No significantly strong malt or yeast character, you get to smell the local hops from Es Morro in their purest form.

Light malt flavor paired with bright hoppiness from the local hops.
